第1篇 市場(chǎng)及管理崗位職責(zé)
工作職責(zé):
1、主要負(fù)責(zé)物業(yè)市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓,契合公司發(fā)展需要,代表公司對(duì)外聯(lián)系、洽談、承接業(yè)務(wù)。
2、根據(jù)客戶(hù)需求起草物業(yè)服務(wù)建議書(shū),進(jìn)行前期招投標(biāo)工作,向客戶(hù)介紹公司的服務(wù)內(nèi)容,宣傳公司,核心價(jià)值及國(guó)際化平臺(tái)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
3、市場(chǎng)信息及客戶(hù)信息的搜集、分析、篩選和整理。
4、負(fù)責(zé)客戶(hù)拓展及客戶(hù)關(guān)系維護(hù)工作,確立目標(biāo)客戶(hù),定期跟蹤,建立和維護(hù)與目標(biāo)客戶(hù)的聯(lián)絡(luò)關(guān)系,了解客戶(hù)對(duì)物業(yè)管理的要求、希望和打算。
5、按公司要求開(kāi)展合作洽談,維護(hù)合作雙方利益,對(duì)整個(gè)合作過(guò)程有較好理解與把握。
6、完成部門(mén)經(jīng)理或負(fù)責(zé)人分配的業(yè)績(jī)指標(biāo)。
任職要求:
1、具有良好的市場(chǎng)判斷力和市場(chǎng)敏感度,熟悉所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的市場(chǎng)行情。
2、具備良好的談判能力,演講能力突出;能夠進(jìn)行有效的商務(wù)合作洽談,并熟練掌握談判技巧及專(zhuān)業(yè)技巧。
3、具備優(yōu)秀的市場(chǎng)洞察能力、溝通能力、組織協(xié)調(diào)能力以及解決復(fù)雜問(wèn)題的能力,能夠協(xié)調(diào)公司各部門(mén)業(yè)務(wù)合作。
4、大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷,物業(yè)管理或市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮;
5、物業(yè)行業(yè)兩年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有成功開(kāi)拓物業(yè)項(xiàng)目的案例者優(yōu)先;
6、有成功投標(biāo)、中標(biāo)、策劃等工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
7、英文良好,文筆流暢;
8、熟練使用常用辦公軟件;

第2篇 市場(chǎng)及管理崗位職責(zé)任職要求
職責(zé)描述:
1. plan & execute marketing projects, including co-marketing activities with long-term local partners. keep a good relationship with existing partners, be able to regularly check in their marketing calendar associated resource for high-quality co-marketing opportunities to engage prospects.

2. establish the standardization and optimization of co-marketing operations by streamlining the process and identifying the right resource.

3. develop and maintain all project asset, including planning, timeline, marketing collaterals, and reporting.

4. work closely with corporate banking team to create the attractive and relevant themes targeting different clients segment by sector or life-stage, and ensure the high quality of deliverables and clients satisfactory.

5. collaborate with svb and ssvb marketing team members to ensure the proper and maximum usage of our thought leadership content to strengthen our branding within guideline.

6. regularly collect and maintain the relevant key data from various internal and external resources for marketing research, and possess data analysis skills to assist marketing head in clients’ materials& reports creation for various purposes internally and externally.
確認(rèn)內(nèi)外部數(shù)據(jù)資源,定期收集并整理市場(chǎng)及客戶(hù)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)及資料,用于內(nèi)外部發(fā)布的市場(chǎng)調(diào)研及報(bào)告。
7. creative thinking to continuously evaluate and improve our marketing projects and events for effective roi.

8. be capable of digital marketing techniques for content management on our website or social media.

任職要求:
1. university degree with business or marketing major, mba is preferred.

2. 8 years’ marketing experience, preferred in multinational high-tech companies or banks for background.

3. solid marketing project management experience and skills.
